The cocoa beans have a safe and long journey from Colombia and Guatemala to our laboratory in Sibiu. They help us create the organic chocolate bar that is meant to melt any heart. Brunna’s beans are carefully selected and shipped in the best conditions until they find their real destiny as a healthy and delicious choice here in Romania. According to our special recipe, they start the process of “bean to bar” and are packed to be shared with your loved ones.

Roasting

The delicious cocoa beans are roasted in our laboratory until they acquire the right aroma.

Crushing

The same cocoa beans are now crushed and curated just as a work of art.

Grinding

All ingredients are mixed for about 48 hours. Organic chocolate takes time

Tempering

What will soon be the Brunna Bar is tempered until we find the desired texture.

5. Moulding

The last step and the one that completes a process of about 5 days. The chocolate is moulded.
